Chad & Anita – Owners
IronMill Construction is more than a business; we are a family.
It is wonderful to meet you.
Chad was working as a plumber in the North Side of Pittsburgh when he started IronMill Construction in 2016. Anita previously worked in an administrative role for a commercial heating and air conditioning company and started working for IronMill Construction full-time in 2017. While Chad handles the construction components, Anita is involved in company business and operations. – The perfect team.
Chad and Anita go to every bid together and both of them constantly communicate with the customers. They are grateful to be surrounded by a fantastic team. During a job, Chad discusses every step with the homeowners before, during, and after the renovation process to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied with the final product. We’re always honest with our lead times on projects, and schedule projects in the order in which they are accepted. We treat the homes of our customers as if they were ours.
We started our business to contribute to the pride in helping people live in their dream home. We love what we do and look forward to working with you.
